Q: Isn't the 10-mg size of OLUX-E® (clobetasol propionate) Foam really small, and good for only one application?
A: With the OLUX® Foam/OLUX-E® Foam Complete Pack, 1 prescription will provide patients with 2 effective treatments especially formulated for excoriated and nonexcoriated skin. The Complete Pack delivers treatment in an easy-to-use, patient-preferred foam vehicle designed for patients who have predominantly nonexcoriated skin and small areas of excoriated skin. For those patients with large areas of excoriated skin, you should continue to prescribe the 50- or 100-mg sizes of OLUX-E® Foam.
Q: How does the cost of the OLUX® Foam/OLUX-E® Foam Complete Pack compare to the individual products?
A: The value-added OLUX® Foam/OLUX-E® Foam Complete Pack is available for the same co-pay as a single can of either OLUX® Foam or OLUX-E® Foam.
Q: Can OLUX® (clobetasol propionate) Foam and OLUX-E® (clobetasol propionate) Foam still be prescribed separately?
A: Yes. You can continue to prescribe OLUX® Foam and OLUX-E® Foam separately. You can prescribe the Complete Pack, which delivers treatment in an easy-to-use, patient-preferred foam vehicle, to patients with both excoriated and nonexcoriated skin.
