Q: How do I use OLUX Foam?
This medication is to be used as directed by the physician and should not be
used longer than the prescribed time period. It is for external use only. Avoid
contact with the eyes. The treated area should not be bandaged or otherwise covered or wrapped so
as to be occlusive unless directed by the physician.

Q: How much OLUX Foam should I use?
A: The exact amount you need depends on the size of the affected area. Apply the smallest amount possible, since a little goes a long way. Use no more than 1 and a 1/2 capfuls (about the size of a golf ball) at any one application.
Q: How will OLUX Foam feel on my skin?
A: OLUX Foam disappears quickly after you apply it. You may briefly experience a slight burning or stinging feeling after applying the medication, especially if your skin is cracked or cut. If this burning or stinging does not go away, you should speak with your doctor.
Q: How long should I be using OLUX Foam?
A: Use OLUX Foam only as directed by your doctor. OLUX Foam should not be used for more than two consecutive weeks. If the affected area does not seem to be healing after two weeks, promptly contact your doctor for an evaluation.
Q: What should I do if I miss a dose?
A: If you forget to use OLUX Foam at your scheduled time, apply it as soon as you remember, and then resume your regular schedule. If you remember at the time of your next application, apply only one dose and continue with your normal schedule. If you miss several doses, tell your doctor.
Q: What are the possible side effects associated with OLUX Foam?
In a controlled clinical trial (188 subjects) with OLUX Foam in subjects with psoriasis of the scalp, there were no localized scalp adverse reactions reported in the OLUX Foam treated subjects. In two controlled clinical trials (360 subjects) with OLUX Foam in subjects with psoriasis of non-scalp regions, localized adverse events that occurred in the OLUX Foam treated subjects included application site burning (10%), application site dryness (<1%), and other application site reactions (4%).
