StiefelCare is a comprehensive insurance and patient support program for patients who are prescribed any Stiefel product including OLUX. The program addresses insurance coverage and reimbursement issues.

The StiefelCare Process: Three Simple Steps
Step 1:
Your physician determines that OLUX is the appropriate therapy for you.
Step 2:
Your physician gives you the OLUX prescription; the nurse or office staff provides the StiefelCare helpline number and rebate coupon.
Step 3:
If unsure of coverage, you can call the StiefelCare helpline at 1-800-572-3225 before going to the pharmacy. A Reimbursement Specialist addresses coverage issues. You may also call the pharmacy to check insurance coverage.
