• Contains no fragrances, preservatives, parabens, or lanolins.
• In a phase 3 trial, 98% of patients who used OLUX Foam expressed their likelihood to comply at least 75% of the time with a two-week BID regimen versus other vehicles. ¹

Better Penetration vs Solution in vitro.

• The rate of clobetasol skin penetration with OLUX Foam is significantly greater than with solution.²

Clinical significance of in vitro data is unknown.

Safety Information

Olux Foam is indicated for short-term topical treatment of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of moderate to severe corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses of the scalp, and for short-term topical treatment of mild to moderate plaque-type psoriasis of non-scalp regions excluding the face and intertriginous areas.

Olux Foam should be applied to the affected area twice daily.

Treatment with Olux Foam beyond 2 consecutive weeks is not recommended and the total dosage should not exceed 50 g per week because of the potential for the drug to suppress the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis.

Olux Foam is not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age.

In clinical trials of non-scalp psoriasis, the most common adverse events associated with the use of Olux Foam were burning, dryness, and other reactions at the application site. No localized adverse events were reported in patients with scalp psoriasis.
